...umm, if you don't count Hiroshima & Nagasaki, but then those weren't 'accidents'...

Well that was disturbing.

Reminds me of an article I was reading sometime last year. It was talking about how the concrete seal over the reactor needed to be reinforced because it was starting to break down and leak more radiation...
