Since the HPC is no longer happening, do we want to keep the meeting on June 6th after league or move it to the following Sunday? I'm guessing we want to keep it where it is because of other local conflicts but thought I'd check as I'm updating the site and all....

I'll be out of town on that weekend. If someone wants to run that meeting, that is fine. I might not be able to make the 6th becsuse my sister is getting married on the 5th. I highly doubt i'll make it back.

Guess I feel its better to leave the meeting as scheduled. We have a better chance getting members to attend if its after league versus just showing up on a day that has nothing going on.

Parkside Prairie Open is on June 6th.
Might want to reconsider.

Ugh. It sucks trying to get a meeting together in the summer!

Maybe Damon's suggestion of changing the meeting day/time for Summer months isn't that bad after all...

Why not have a pole in the members only section asking for opinions.  If we get enough positive support, we can talk about which day would be good and have a vote at the next meeting.

Technically the Board can declare the day, time, and venue for the meeting up to one week prior to the meeting.

Also, I think this has to be decided before June because its the most conflicted date.
