Okay so I was sluming round discgolf world and came upon the Equalizer (//%22http://www.discgolfworld.com/product.asp?A=8&AV=289%22) which is apparently a trainning/warmup tool. So my question is hows the thing suppossed to help you, and what does anyone do if anything for disc golf trainning? Other than throwing that is :-)
Chud has one. It's mainly for warming up toning arm muscles; basically a big elastic band.
Does anyone have one of these (Equalizer) or specific exercises for getting more D on their drive?
I'm at a wall right now with my drive and I'm looking for something that can help strengthen my arm strength and speed when I'm not able to get out and throw.
I hit as wall for a long time. What I learned was that I needed less strength and more whip.
