2 rounds of 18 holes at Shady Oaks DG course in Streamwood, Il
Divisions offered; MPO, MA1, MA4
Check in: 7:30-8:45 am
Players meeting: 9:00 am
Tee off: 9:30 am
Free for club members if you are PDGA current
Non or non-current PDGA members pay $10 fee (paid directly to PDGA)
Open players entry fee is $10 that goes toward a 100% payout
Optional $5; 50/50 CTP ($4), Ace Fund ($1)
Optional $5; long drive contest ($2), putting contest ($2),and $1 cash CTP
The putting competition and long drive contest will be held shortly after the last card is turned after the 2nd round.
