Title: Dr Dye Request(s)
Post by: myndcraft on February 27, 2003, 03:47:51 PM
Hey Doc I was wondering if you would be able to this dye. It's a tattoo I am going to be getting and thought it would look cool on a disc. (Larger of course though. Disc Sized)

And for any winos out there yes I know I blatantly stole this logo. The manufacturer does however allow it, I checked. :-)

If the DX plastic doesn't dye well, you could always buy one of the new Club Stamp discs.  Those all dye as far as I know.

Cool You da man!

How does DX plastic dye? I have a White Beast with a very small ice bowl stamp in the middle(the claws would circle around it) It would be very cool.

If not what dyes well? I'll have to see what I can come across :-)

As of now, I wont dye any DX plastic.  It just leaves a stain, and I dont deem it to be good enough for my art.  If I find a way to dye the DX better then I would let you know.

As far as what does dye.... CE, SE, KC, JK, and a few other special Innova drivers.  All Discraft dyes.  I have not found any Discraft that I cannot dye.  Except some putters and a few mid-range.  That is all I can think of, If I left something out just ask me, and I will let you know.
