Title: Quad Shocks problem
Post by: damonshort on July 20, 2004, 07:14:25 AM
I recall seeing some other complaints about this, and this weekend I noticed for myself that the stitching is ripping out on my only-1-year-old QuadShocks

I also remember reading somewhere that the 'modifications' that Phenix makes to the straps addresses this problem. Jay, you know anything about this?

That would make way too much sense; I'd rather bother Jay.

Damon,

I haven't heard anything about it, and mine are fine. I will however talk to Kyle about it for you.

Damon, on the cross-section of the straps does it say Belding or PhenixDiscSports?

Belding. I think Phenix is reinforcing them, that's what I'd heard somewhere.

A shoe repair place is fixing the one seam for $6, so we'll see what happens...
