The agenda's Brett's dept.
Similar to previous meetings at my house, the meeting will be called to order on the deck with grillables to be had. If the weather is expected to not allow for unsheltered surroundings, the rain location will be the garage.
I promise not to overcook the brats this time, I swear! If you want something other than bavarian tube steak feel free to bring it. I'll have water and maybe a 2 liter of something, but if you want something specific to drink you're best off bringing it. Of course, mixing in of liquor from my ill used collection is allowed and encouraged... :)
7:30 PM @ My house in Gurnee
If you don't know how to get there, please reply or send me an email/PM.
RSVPs encouraged so I know how many brats to have on hand.

Finally a meeting I can attend :) Now, is there Girl Scouts that night? I'll check.
I have to work that night. Won't be able to attend. I do have some questions:
In the past, membership included a hotstamped disc, correct? Perhaps something similar in the next year. Maybe not a disc, but maybe one of the following: a Mini, a Bag Tag (just showing that one's a member), a pouch with the clubs logo/website on it (I've seen these for ball golf. Golfers use it to hold their tees, markers, pencils, etc. I'll try and find a pic), towel, etc.
Just some thoughts on the Membership discussion.
Here is a sample of the pouch I was talking about:
Sergio,
It will definitely be discussed at the club meeting. We are leaning towards a bag tag with membership. We are looking to have a very cool bag tag for 2005. We hope it works out.
I'm going to try to make the meeting if things are calm at the daygig. I'd like to try out the Warren Township course about 5:30 if anyone wants to meet me there.
Thanks for reminding me Damon....
Whose coming?
Don't forget, club meeting tomorrow night.
Can I get a show of hands of whose planning on attending?
Right now I know for sure:
Me
Brett
Diron
Dan
Kenny G
Damon
Becky

Myk?
If you don't come for the meeting, come for the 4th gathering of the Discontinuum Night Flyers...
Maddisen is under the weather with what I hope is allergies and not Jon's cold. There were a lot of people complaining of allergies at McNasty (I mean McNaughton) on Sunday afternoon, Maddisen included. If she takes a turn, I won't expose the lot of you to her; if its just allergies, we'll both be there.
By the way, it looks like the weather will be perfect for meeting on the deck.... Bring a jacket, however, because tomorrow night's forecast to be a little cool - roughly 55 degrees around meeting time.
Bring putters for some night catch action! We'll have a couple orbies plus my Champion Aviar all lit up. If Jon comes then we'll also have the 'Challengerby'

I will be there. Not sure if I'm going to be up for some night flight though since I'm still fighting off this cold. Also Bruce, Maddisen and I played Challengerby until all the lights fell off. I haven't put them back on yet. Maybe I'll have time tonight.

I'll either be at Warren Township by 5 (should be enough light til 7?) and the meeting later, or will wuss out with a msg here by 3 on Tuesday. ;)
My cell phone# is seven-seven-three 988-five ninenine eight, if anyone wants to show me around the new course. B)
Weather looks to be about perfect for the night flyers... maybe a little on the cool side, but thats why you wear a jacket and do physical activity! Winds should die down by the time the meeting starts to around 5mph.
For all attendees - byob unless you want to drink coke/diet coke/7-up/or leftover wine coolers from a recent party. there'll be liquor for mixing in as well.
If a couple someones could bring a side dish it would be cool. Jon - the potato salad last month was great!
I'm not going to make it afterall. My cold is still bad and I don't see any reason to infect the rest of you. I will be available for AIM or phone consultation during the meeting.
What would you put the chances of Becky and Maddisen coming?
Kenny G will be in tha house.
