Title: Online Course Directory
Post by: damonshort on December 01, 2004, 08:17:30 PM
The new PDGA online course directory (http://www.pdga.com/course) has a little bug in it.

Looks like everyone's closest course is in Saskatchewan. Road trip!!!

the course zip code is 00000.  That might have something to do with it.  Awful short course (3800 ft) for the long drive.

I'd e-mail Cliff Towne, but if you know all the good short cuts Saskatchewan is closer than it looks.

As the update PDGA website unfolds page by page, day by day, old functions get restored.  The course directory is back up.  The new course in Joliet is not yet listed.  http://www.pdga.com/course-directory

Did anybody else watch that clip on PDGA.com of Hosfeld and Ben Calhoun playing their 1000th course?  Having done quite a few 'marathon' disc golf days myself, I find it incredibly hard to believe that Ben Calhoun played 40 courses in 1 week.  Traveling around to pump out 6 in 1 day even when they are Chicago 9 holers will kick your ass.  To do that every day for a whole week would be ridiculous.  I guess Ben played 600 of his courses in 2008.
