I don't know how many people live down in Southern Illinois but I was at the nine hole course in Carlysle, IL and I found a bag tag (#9) so if anyone has any clue as to who this might belong pm me. I have never even heard of the group on the tag so maybe this post will be worthless but I thought I'd at least try.
