Title: New Discs from Innova coming out Friday
Post by: stpitner on March 27, 2006, 09:52:09 PM
I was informed that Innova has 2 new discs coming out on Friday.  The first has been hinted at on the website: the Star Firebird.  I'm sure that will be nice :).  The other disc is a mid-range, DX Plastic, called the Goblin.  I'm not sure if it will be released in only DX or more than that.

Be on the lookout for that this week!

Star Firebird

Can't wait to get my hands on one of these! Wish Innova would release Star versions of everything, even if in limited runs for some of the less popular molds.

I read that they will be running most discs in Star and they will be running most everything in the new DX as well.  Some molds, I guess, won't hold in various plastics, but they just can't keep pace with demand right now.

That's a really good problem to have :)  Not so good for customers, but good for Innova and even Discraft.

The Goblin's info is up on Innova's site... http://www.innovadiscs.com/discs/goblin.html

Same stats as the Shark except it fades a little bit less.  Almost the same stats as the Coyote but 0 turn instead of -1.  I do like the Coyote.  Hopefully the Goblin will be right up my alley as well :)
