Okay so it seems GDS-QAT has a number of new discs out and in GDS style their website doesn't say anything about them. Now I could spend hours combing through the PDGA boards, but it seems a number of you all are pretty wel informed about them (Thank god).
So anychance I could get a rundown of the new stuff? Name, Plastics, general descriptions, etc..
Forget about gateway :o Throw Innova, Discraft or CHING ;D

Dave's website sucks to be frank. While I love their products their marketing sucks. Aside from a brief mention of the Oddesy there is no mention of any of the new discs.. including old and new stuff. His message boards aren't any better.
Here's the deal:
New stuff only available in one plastic. They call it E for Evolution and is their premium plastic. Quest guys say it is like star, but it is not. It is like more durable Pro.
Scream - one piece, normal driver. Nice and stable, but not ridiculously overstable like the rest of their drivers. Flips up flat and glides a while. Kinda wraithish but less stable than that by a hair.
Scream DT - same as above, but with weird "dimples" on the underside of the wing. They're not really dimples, but look more like closely stacked octopus suction cups. Nice woods driver. Flips flat easily and glides a long way. Not good into the wind, but downwind is awesome.
Scream DT max - scream with dimples on the top of the flight plate but not on the wing top or bottom. Even more understable than above.
Scream DT ultra - all the dimples you can handle. VERY understable. I could only flip this one over.
Odyssey line - 2 piece discs with denser plastic along the outer part. This supposedly means that the disc will be more stable because of the added weight along the rim when it spins. Problem with these discs is where the two plastics meet (this you can see on gdstour.com and I have a gallery of images posted on Stickitdg.com in the photo gallery section under disc monkey pics). Very weird to grip for most. Also, the plastic on the Odyssey line is very very soft and will not take abuse well. As for flight, those that didn't try and make it fly bad to prove a point and actually gave it a chance made them fly well. I tried them and don't like them, but many on line seem to love them and call them some of the most accurate discs made. The innova only snobs simply point, laugh, and call it a gimmik without giving it a fair chance. Sorry guys, I know you only like innova, I know they make great discs and there is no need to throw anyone elses, blah, blah, blah, but that doesn't mean everything else "sucks", though.
I throw all Gateway and have thrown all of these discs....None of them are currently in my bag (although the scream dt is really good in the woods and may get back in there - I'm just on a mission to not change my bag for a season and hone my skills instead of always learning new discs). Hope that helps.
Dye take it easy on Gateway...
Sabre and Blaze are great discs.. Wizards are in Demand.
I wanted a better round at IOS #1 Sundays score would have been better if I could chain anything over 15ft.
Gateway discs flew very predictable... This helped me save a stroke or two "Learn Course Management before favoring a specific brand."
Sundays Round could have been played with...
Gateway.
....Blaze
...Sabre
...Wizard
Innova
...Wraith
...Roc
Discraft
...Buzz
...Coyote.
even though Jamie held school with a TeeBird and solid Putting.

awesome, I wonder if there are other colors besides red.
Only threw the Scream and the Odyssey line...
Scream: :icon_thumleft:
Not a bad disc. Good description given above. The one I tried had a real "poppy" top.
Odyssey Driver: :BangHead:
Shouldn't have spent money on it. Maybe I was trying to throw too hard (which would mean others were doing the same thing) because this disc almost flipped completely over onto the top of the disc. Ended up being a "learn to throw roller" disc for a few days.
Odyssey Midrange:
Fairly Stable. Probably best version of the Odyssey line.
