Yes it did thanks to Tom McManus!!  Tom came from behind in both 2nd rounds to win both the Tower Ridge and the Wakanda tournaments for ADV Masters.  Nice shooting Tom!  Both courses were pretty sweet and worth the trip up to play them.  A very fun weekend fo sho  :D

The weekend was sweet! Barry played his way down to my card for the 2nd round at Tower Ridge. He had an off day there but made up for it Sunday with a -15 on an 18 hole course destroying the course record by 4 shots. Walked away with some cash so that's always good. McManimal tore it up out there & Michler walked away with some fat stacks of plastic. He just missed out on winning a basket for the weekend.

Scores are now up on the PDGA Website.   Brett shot very will all weekend. Not a round rating below 972.  Sunday afternoon Brett shot great, an 8 under came up as a 1020 rated round. Not a bogey all day on the Wakenda course.  Prior to Barry shooting a 15 under, Brett's 8 under was 3 strokes away from the course record. That is NICE.  Brett also won a CTP on hole 10 at Wakanda.  He landed within 3 feet of the basket on a tough, tough hole.  Brett was able to find a route and execute what he wanted to do. Brett also cashed both days, and is 3 for 3 for the year. SWEET.

Dan darn near won a nice home made basket for being the top advanced player of the weekend. He didn't get the basket but did walk away with stacks of plastic. Dan finished in the top 3 both days, and had some extremely tough kick outs on the Wakanda Baskets which most likely would have put him over the top for the weekend. Excellent shooting by Dan.

The courses were great, Tower Ridge is a very challenging course. Well marked with tee signs that give you distances.  The second round pin placement changes were good except for one hole where there just wasn't a route to the basket.  Wakanda is a nice course with some elevation changes, some wide open holes, water on two of the holes, and some technical holes.  Overall a very good course, my only complaint is that it is tough to figure out the course layout when you play the course for the first time.  It is a struggle to make it from holes 9 to 10 and also going from hole 4 to hole 5.  Tee signs and markings to point you in the right direction of the next tee would help this course tremendously.  After figuring out the course layout it was much more enjoyable to play.

The trip was excellent, we couldn't have asked for better weather, and the scenery was great.  Besides being dissapointed with my scores, it was a most excellent weekend.
