Back when I started playing in 94-5 I had a disc that was a glow disc with a skull on it that was dimpled like a golf ball. Completely dimpled everywhere on the top surface of the disc. I am trying to find out who made it, and since I no longer have the disc, I need help. Has anyone ever seen one of these or have any info on them?
Thanks
Nathan
I saw them back then. Gary Lewis had a few of them at the Illinois State Champs. They were never PDGA approved. Gary Lewis might remember something about them.
I know that Quest tech. in Round lake is making some of them. Not sure if they are pdga approved yet though.
They got a website?
www.questat.com/DiscGolfDiscs.html they are starting to sell their discs at the gas station right by Fairfield park.
Dam just realized that the scream line of discs is not on their yet, that is where it will be.
wow that site could use an overhaul heh. It's definitely something that it wouldn't take much to make it look a lot nicer.
I don't think that the DT Scream discs is what white_rhino is talking about though. That stuff is new, and he was mentioning some really old stuff.
Yeah it is pretty old plus it looked almost exactly like a golf ball. The dimples on it were a very slightly bit larger than a golf balls... but man could that disc fly... I miss it so much
That disc you had was made by dynamic was called a dimple they made several different type glow and they made a Soft stable dimple as well . I think i still have one brand new with no stamp on it .
sweet, want to sell it?
