Does anyone have a Buzzz ESP with the First Run distinction on it? The only place I've ever even seen the text for First Run is on the Discraft website. All the other ESP discs seem to have the text on there. Anyone know?
I have not seen any of the ESP Buzzz's with the First Run imprint. I also didn't see it on the Discraft site; the Pulse, Wasp and Surge on the site do have it on them. I picked up an ESP Predator at AmNationals and it has the First Run imprint.
I don't think the Buzzz has one.
Only ones with the First Run designation I've seen aren't the ESPs
I've got a Wasp, Crush and Predator with the First Run imprint.
First Run Surge (http://cgi.ebay.com/Discraft-First-Run-ESP-Surge-Disc-Golf-Disc_W0QQitemZ330029357674QQihZ014QQcategoryZ79803QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item330029357674)
First Run Pulse (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000HJMMZ0/msnshop-sports-20/ref=nosim)
I swore I saw the Discraft site showing the First Run stamp when they had that disc on the homepage but now I can't even find one that shows it anywhere on the web. It's just weird that this is the only ESP disc that doesn't get the First Run distinction even though they are all reproductions of old discs with new plastic.
I wonder if they did that so that you wouldn't get it confused with the "Second First Run" of the Z-Buzzz's that are currently promoted.

I think maybe they did not think to do it with the Buzzzes. The ESP Buzzz was the first disc they made in ESP that had already been around for awhile.
ESP Buzzzes are the trophy discs for Fairfield, by the way. I was looking for something related to making the trophy discs and saw this thread.

Yea I got one of those too, pretty nice ones for sure. I got 1 of only 7 of the blue with gold stamp at 173-174 weight.
I found out from Sun King that they didn't put the First Run distinction on the Buzzz ESP's but they did on the rest of the ESP line that came out after that.

LOL My brother's and I call it the one and two-thirds bank. Second First run is such an oxymoron... they should start making "Final Run" discs when they go OOP.

Thread drift alert!
Little known (locally anyway) fact. It's named Fifth-Third bank because the main building is located between Fifth and Third streets in downtown Cincinnati. Really!
Edit: That's what I was told when I lived in Cincinnati -- I just did a quick fact check and it turns out the name originated from a merger between the Fifth National Bank and the Third National Bank. Oh, well.
Haha yea it is an awkward name. My buddy is a big business loan guy for them and we poke fun at him for it. I still have my National City account and won't switch over just to bug him.
As for the second first run, they feel almost identical (as they should) to the original first run's. Both are really nice feeling discs, as is the ESP.
I temporarily got my hands on a couple of Second Time First Run Buzzzes today. I don't find them to be significantly different from the Crystal Zs.
I was throwing my Aurora Borealis ESP trophy Buzzz today at Firefighters today. It is just a touch understable, but not so much as to be unreliable.
I was also throwing one of the most under rated drivers out there, throwing it farther than my Surges, farther than pretty much anything I've thrown all summer. I was basket long on the 400 foot hole but too far right to make the putt, and then I birdied the 375 hole.
and that under rated driver is........
...(drum roll)...
The Z Flash. Useless in a headwind but very long otherwise.
Does anyone have any ESP buzzz's for sale or trade? I'm throwing a 177 orange one right now and am looking for a backup. Heavy is really all that matters. I also want to beat up a D or X buzzz for a turnover disc so I'm looking for those also.

Do you need it to be 177+ on the D or X buzzz's? I have a 175-176 D-Buzzz. I also have some dyed 177 x and z buzzz's as well as buzzz-gt's. I supposedly have a 176g ESP buzzz, but I sure didn't see it at the Irish touranment... will have to go through my stock again!
Mike I've got a Buzzz D that is very well beat in already if you want it. I've got a new one as well that I don't think I'll be putting back in my bag. We can arrange a trade.
