Title: Road Trip
Post by: J.R. on April 11, 2007, 10:49:22 AM
A friend and I are planning a disc golf trip.  We're taking a 3 day weekend and playing Anna Page on the way out of town, then to Dubuque to a course that he says is great.  Then we're going to come back to Milwaukee and play some of the Am Worlds courses.

Anyone have suggestions of courses between Dubuque and Milwuakee, maybe the Madison area?  Or anywhere else on or near this route for that matter?

I saw Vallarta-Ast DGC on pdga.com. It looks pretty amazing.   Thougths?

Token Creek (Vallarta-Ast) is great.

Hopefully your road trip is in mid May as all of the Madison courses are pulled until (usually) the first saturday of May.

Hmm.  That includes Token Creek I assume?

Thanks for the heads up.  We haven't picked a date yet, but probably in May.  So, I'll see if I can find out if it is in or not.

Token Creek is very nice.  Hiestand is also worth a look.  Lots of elevation and both wooded and open holes.  I didn't care all that much for Elver.
