What a blessing! Have you ever considered participating in WF's Backyard Wildlife Habitat Certification? I guess there isn't really much for you to do, since it already is a wildlife habitat :)

I did look into it several years ago. If I recall correctly you need to provide a water source, which I'm not willing to do. Yeah, the foxes are pretty cool -- they beat the hell out of the woodchucks that used to occupy the space! All the woodchucks would do is sit under the apple tree in the fall and eat apples.

Does it have to be a running water source? Anything outside of a bird bath would be a hassle, not to mention that a water source would provide the right conditions for mosquito breeding ground.
