That definitely makes a lot of sense after reading the article. I know that when I was in college in Kalamazoo there would always be stories about the empty kegs getting stolen off the back porch or taps being stolen from half empty kegs during parties.

just thought it was kinda funny that the problem was so bad they had to increase the deposit
