Title: Chicago - visiting
Post by: glennsim on December 09, 2002, 05:36:44 PM
I might have an opportunity to visit Chicago for a couple days. Can someone please suggest the courses that would be best to play by day?  I play at an "am" level.

I'd prefer courses that were nice, while at the same time all within a reasonable drive time from one area of Chicago (that you would recommend as well). Obviously don't want to stay in the "bad" part of town, wherever that is.

Appreciate any help.

there are no courses in Chicago. do you have any idea where you are staying? i don't want to suggest any courses until i find out. There are no courses in the burbs that are in a bad part of town. most are well kept & in nice (safe) public parks.

sounds like all you did was flange your Johnson rod the wrong way.  you just need to CTR F3 and everything will be OK.
