So how did the demonstration go yesterday? Did you do a demo yesterday? The only real reason I remember there being a demo yesterday is because I remember Chris talking smack about how the Bears wuz gonna whup on the Pack. Can't stop THE PACK ATTACK baby!!!
It was a positive and experimental promotional event. I'm very appreciative to Mike Walsh for asking DISContinuum to be represent the PDGA, and his brother Bob Walsh for being a great demonstrator! Thanks also to Brett Comincioli for being awesome out there with an earache! - Foster Elliott and all the SportsLoop staff, and Mission Hills for hosting this charity event.
The tourney benefitted InnerCityGolf, an organization dedicated to helping disadvantaged youngsters.
Here's some more info on SportdsLoop and the event we helped out with a few weeks ago....

Yestarday was a bit unique. What a sweet country club. Very high class! We were able to set up 3 baskets near the #1 tee off. As the groups came around to #1, they had their picture taken then they threw a disc. Everyone gave it a try. Even Ottis Wilson. It was for a CTP. The guy in the last group of the day had the best throw by far. Up to that point no one threw over 75ft. This guy threw a nice line drive past the pin about 150ft. Not bad for the first time throwing. The crowd wasn't much of a disc golf crowd but we did have a few people stop by & ask about disc golf. Jim was working his magic trying to pick up a few connections. I could smell the $ in the air around this place. Wow! One guys Hummer in the parking lot cost more then my house. I had a good time. I was able to get off work & throw the disc around on a regular ball golf course. Never thought i'd get a chance to do that.
It was a long day & I was feeling like dog shit
Brett looks so happy to be there.
wow
