Any info from the club meeting?
The secretary wasn't there but I thought Brett was taking notes.
A few things:
- About 15 people in attendance
- 50+ tags already accounted for and will be distributed soon
- McManus working on Club v. Club Challenge (to be held at Bevier)
- Dates for the IOS events were there, just don't remember them all
Does anyone remember or have the dates for 2008 IOS? ;D

That's the most people we've had at a meeting in a long time!!
Agenda
1. Tag Distribution
59 tags are in play. 14 at league, 4 at the meeting, and the rest will be mailed out soon. Thank you for the support. Hopefully the club will reach it's goal of 150+ members in 2008. Off to a great start.
2. Club vs Club Challenge
Tom McManus is organizing this. A date has yet TBD. There will be a singles and doubles round. 3 divisions determined by PDGA ratings. Criteria will be set to determine what clubs will be allowed to participate. More info TBA.
3. Newsletter
This was revisited old business. Currently Tom McManus has taken over the newsletter. It's e-mailed out to approximately 500+ disc golfers. The club is looking to upgrade the newsletter to something similar to what the PDGA and Marshall Street send out. Sergion Correa suggested constant contact and has provided that information. The BOD is looking at that information. There is an expense that possibly sponsors might be interested in covering?

A-Tier Sponsorship
6. Others?
Scott Pitner asked the club for sponsorship of the B-Tier at Channahon. He gave information on the different levels of sponsorship. Brett brought up the philosophy the club has taken over the past few years of not donating money from one club to the other. It was also discussed by the BOD that it has taken 4 years to host a B-Tier of it's own and is now supporting an A-Tier in 2008. Tom McManus and Allan Short voted yes. Brett did not vote. Tom Schodtler is out of town and even if his vote was no it was pass 2-1. DISContinuum will be a $50 sponsor of the March event at Channahon.
Chris Mukukenow asked about the pro clinic. We are still trying to get a top level pro to do a clinic for DISContinuum club members. Brett will continue to pursue this.
Jon Brakel is looking into club shirts again.
was good to see everyone, can't wait for this season!

ok we have dates
now what about locations
stupid ? time - you have to be pdga member to play in A ? is that correct ?
Yes A tiers require PDGA membership. The nice thing about an A tier in September is that new memberships starting in September are good for the following year.
