Title: The future of phys ed - maybe not all that bad
Post by: damonshort on July 02, 2003, 07:12:58 PM
My son Eric is entering 7th grade at the Whitney Young High School Academic Program this fall, and started a 4-week summer program there yesterday.

Today in gym class they played Ultimate!

Trying to find out if his teacher plays DG...saw him at orientation yesterday and didn't recognize him though.

Oh yeah! I love my summer gig. Took my high school students to Libertyville on Tuesday & Round Lake on Wednesday for some disc golf. They loved it.

I know if you take summer school PE with some guy named Mr. Comincioli, you go on 1 or 2 disc golf field trips. And he gets PAID for it!!!!
