What are people's thoughts on a 12 week fall league, as the current calendar leaves 2-3 weeks of extra time in the month?

Week 1 - 9/28
Week 2 - 10/5
Week 3 - 10/13
NO LEAGUE 10/19 - IOS #6
No LEAGUE 10/26 - Chains of Pain @ Bevier
Week 4 - 11/2
Week 5 - 11/9
Week 6 - 11/16
Week 7 - 11/23
Week 8 - 11/30
Week 9 - 12/7
Week 10 - 12/14
10/26 is supposed to be the Chains of Pain tournament at Bevier... It was going to be the 25th, but a couple things happened and now it's the 26th.

well, it is the 26th... but with the pdga site in the condition that it is, I can't see if they have received my sanctioning agreement that I sent out over the weekend and posted it to the site. It's been posted in Brett's list of tour dates for a while.
Any more info on Chains of Pain? is this a tourney open to anyone? Hopefully the PDGA sitewill be up soon.

The 2008 DISContinuum Fall Best Shot League results are up to date.
Next Sunday Oct. 26 league will not be going on because there is a tournament at Bevier Park.
The fall league will continue with week #4 11-02-2008 at Bevier Park in Waukegan. :wav:

What does everyone think if the DISContinuum League in Waukegan started later? Like 10:30 or 11:00
Do you think more of the late risers would show? Or is 10:00 good?

This Sunday at DISContinuum Fall league 08' Week# 7 ace fund starts at $46.00
Looks like a high temp of 46 degrees, not bad at all. 8)

If its somewhat warm I will be out there tommorow if not too hungover! 10 am is mighty early for a Sunday.
Week 7 results are up. I made two mistakes while posting results. Kenny G won $10 for the CTP and Stan won $7.50 for second place. 11 players today. It was a good time the course is looking good. It was nice to see Kenny and Todd home from school and on the course.
There will be league next week.
Doubles this Sunday at Bevier. Make up some ground on Tenny, he won't be there this week.
Week 8 results are up. Seven people today. two weeks remaining, and third place is wide open. December 21 the league moves to Grayslake and rotates between Grayslake, Warren, and Adler. Bevier is looking good.
This weekend should be fun ;D Bring out your winter plastic. The ace fund is going to start at $53.00
This is week #9. Man fall league went fast. I'll be out shoveling early on Sun. about 8:30ish, any help would be very
appreciated. I'll try to get all 18 pads done but if not we could be doing two rounds of cement tees, but there will be clear tee pads. See you Sunday at the Bevier.

Week 9 results are up. Jose and Mirth won $20.00 each. Scores are a little different because two rounds of 12 holes were played. 8 people. Thanks to Stan for shoveling off the tees. good times. Fall League wraps up next week. The following week the Winter League starts at Grayslake.
Final week of Fall League takes place this Sunday at Bevier. We start at 10:00 AM get there early to sign up. Next week the 2009 Discontinuum Traveling Winter League starts at Grayslake. Grayslake is a fun winter course. Come on out and join the fun.
Week 10 results are posted. 11 players today. Again, two rounds of 12 holes. Alex and Mike Clark shot a -14, which was great for the conditions today.
