Title: Post Season Sale Just in Time for Christmas
Post by: Bruce Brakel on November 12, 2008, 08:33:17 PM
I'm selling everything for prices so low I cannot post them here.  You know what I have.  It's not like I can list a 1000 discs.  I have some of pretty much everything Discraft, Innova and DGA made in 2008.  I don't have vintage stuff or rare collectibles.  I bought for 110 players for Big D and only 24 showed up.

Before you buy from some stranger on the internet, help out your favorite TD's humorous sidekick.

I've detached the Excel file from this thread.  I've decided just to keep it on the discgolfersr.us thread.

I'm transferring all my inquiries to one location and then I'm taking your shopping lists to the Waterford Warehouse.  I've got about seven or eight inquiries right now.

Answers for Duain and Dana:

Byron Big D stuff generally:

150 ESP Flicks -- White
150 X Surges -- Red
Flx Buzzzes - White
ESP Meteors -- White
Flx, ESP Z Preds
ESP Surges and SS
Z Flicks
D Magnets
-------------------------------------------

17 Champion Bosses mostly 173 and 173, yellow blue purple orange

Yes to Duains colored Big D FLX Buzzzes, 4, yellow and orange, 174-176 stickers on them.

Duain and Dana might want some of the same stuff.  First to dib them get them.  You have to e-mail me for prices, but trust me, pricing should not be the issue.  I'm in selling mode.

I'm uploading a partial detailed inventory, first 200 discs, and will upload it again as we get more done.  Excel.  Have to be a logged in user to see it.  Attached to this post.  The only data that might not make sense is the box letter or number designation.  That's just so we can find the disc if you want it.  Eventually I'll sort by manufacturer, mold, plastic, weight, color, stamp in that order, but I have not done that yet.

Learning how to use the new thumb drive too.

[edit] Sold four discs.  The best 4 on the list, definitionally, since they went first!   :D  Uploaded amended list.

[edit] See next post for 500 disc list.  Almost half done.

The list is now up to 500 discs.  Going back out to do another 100.  See attached.

The list is now up to 800some discs.  I've now catalogued everything but the stuff I was planning on dying.   See attached.

The list is now up to 1100 discs.  There might be a few more in a cube in the big van, but this is really almost all of it.  If you sort the list in some other way how I have it sorted, remember to preserve your header.

The First Run Forces are not on sale.

So are all the Beadless Aviars what I would refer to as the Putt and Approach? I'm not really sure what the difference is. If so I'd like to make an offer on the lot of those that are left.

Yes, the beadless are the P&A. The big bead Aviars are basically the Aviar Driver.

Are you looking for Star or DX?

This is the problem:  Innova used to stamp the Star Big Bead Aviars "Star Aviar Putt and Approach" and now they stamp the beadless Aviar "Star Aviar Putt and Approach" and they made the change in the last year or so, so I've got big beads with "Star Aviar Putt and Approach" on them and beadless with "Star Aviar Putt and Approach" on them.  I wouldn't know which disc you had when you started calling them Putt and Approach Aviars.  On the order forms, Innova has never called them Putt and Approach.  Around the warehouse they call them big bead and beadless.

The bead is the part of the disc that touches the ground when the disc is sitting there right side up, if the disc has a bead.  A bead is like a little bit of extra plastic on the edge that touches the ground.  A Wasp has a bead; a Buzzz does not.  A Rhyno has a bead; a Boss does not.  A Spider has a big bead, a Gator has a small bead and a Coyote has no bead at all.  A Challenger has a big bead and a Magnet has a very small bead.

Innova has not had DX big beads in stock for a long time, so probably what you have and want are beadless.  KC Aviars are big bead.  The ones on the list would be the same kind of DX Aviars I had at Fairfield, Byron and Rockford which have been beadless.

If you want to offer me something for a bunch of them, be sure to make a lowball offer!   ;D

Being that I have 6 crates of new discs sitting here next to me and I just bought a car, I think I need to rescind my original post and offer. Sorry for the confusion, but now I at least know what a bead is! Now I just need to sell some of my own discs to help pay for the car!

I've never had a car payment or an installment payment of any kind in my entire life other than my mortgage.  Oh, my student loans.  I think that's why I never got into debt again!

Right now I'll be broke as soon as I transfer the funds to pay off the credit card I bought the Innova on.  We aren't going to borrow to do Christmas, either.  We'll do it cheap.

But I am willing to sell everything cheap.  And I'm set up with paypal so that you can use your credit card if you want to.  The newest and almost complete version of the list is attached.  Diana might throw in her stash after Thanksgiving.

Hey Bruce,

What's the rate on Star or Champ Teebirds?  I'm interested.

Thanks!

So far I've sold a basket and about 20 or 25 discs.  It's a start.  I thought I'd upload a more current version of the list.  Blacked out stuff is gone.  Colored stuff is set aside for someone.  You have to send me e-mail for prices.  My sales have been 33/33/33 discontinuum, discgolfersr.us and other.

Goalkeeper, check your e-mail or your message board mail in about five minutes.

Bruce,

Is this inventory still current?  If not, please post an updated excel sheet.

Thanks,

David
