I talked to the park district today. The soccer field has a game scheduled on Sunday so there will be no temps there. They are awaiting for the final baseball schedule. at this point there will be the long par 4 in front of the park and a temp hole between 1 & 2. I'm hoping there is no baseball game to add a filler hole to get to the par 4 hole.
Is there going to be an issue with parking if there is going to be a soccer game the same day?

There should not be an issue with parking. The soccer players arrive later so they'll have the issue if there is one.

A will be played for sure. Short uphill/low ceiling shot playing towards #2.
As of now the plan is to have 2 holes north of the baseball field. This may change if there is a baseball game.
B running to the east with the walking path ob on the left and the fence ob on the right.
C will be the long par 4 that plays to the west. Basket placed near the creek.
Tentative map w/ alternates.

Tentative map w/ alternates.
I got out to measure the alternate holes today at Bevier.
A 227ft. Plays between 1 & 2. Slightly uphill with a low ceiling. The fairway is split in two by 4 trees prefectly lined up. You have an option to go to the right or left.
B 301ft. Tee will be in the limestone right by the press box of the baseball field. It plays longer than 301ft since it's uphill. The baseball fence sort of comes into play. On & Over the path is out of bounds and comes into play.
C 546ft. Par 4 that's been played in the past. The road is 403ft from the tee. In/Over creek is OB.
The course is in pretty good shape considering all the rain.
The Bevier Course looked really good today...minus the wet and muddy grounds. Tee signs look real nice (even if they are only numbered 1-9); the bridge on hole #16 is great; the rock steps on both 17 and 18 are awesome. Thanks to anyone who had the time to get out there and put those things together.
Now if only my game would look as good ;D
those tee signs are actually the old ones - hopefully one of these days they'll actually get the new ones made!!
Please tell me that Crystal Lake will have the same layout as last year. I really liked it, and feel like I can improve on my score from last year. The temp holes were great.
