This is for new members to the PDGA.
Joining after September 1st, memberships are extended through the following year. So you get 4 months in 2009 and all of 2010 as a PDGA member. This also goes for those renewing that have not been current in the past 5+ years.
Use this link to join or renew your PDGA membership and save $5.00. Select DISContinuum as the affiliate club. Note: You don't have to be a member to use this option.

Why after September??
I signed up in July only to find my membership isn't yearly and ends at the end of the year! Any other professional league out there (US Chess Federation) ends after a YEAR, not at the end of the year.
This is exactly why I stopped renewing my membership years ago
The PDGA BOD has talked about doing memberships an an anniversary basis rather than a calendar basis, but I think there are logistical issues with the conversion.
Mention of it in the BOD minutes.

It's all about money and this is exactly why the PDGA either needs to get their %^# together or someone create a new association for Disc Golf. Hey it happened with World Chess and its working out great

" well the article could not mention the atrocities committed "
but they said it was ugly
and it involved bumber cars
kind of like tin cup on that temp hole on fairfield just kept throwin'
thread drift alert
good idea Brett I think I will sign my buddy up as he always plays Homie and maybe Ill drag him to fairfield

Grateful enough to join the club and get a great bag tag?
talk to Brett. ;)
If I go to Sunday league this week will someone be able to accept payment for PDGA renewal and club membership?
Justin,
Some one will be able to take $ for a club membership and give you a bag tag. Regarding PDGA Membership, it is easier to go through the pdga site and click on the affiliate club membership. Click on Discontinuum and save $5.00 that way. You will get your card quicker going directly through the pdga.
