Depending on what day you play, the course may not be in the position that you will play in the tournament.  We are moving the baskets to the Pro placement Friday afternoon and they will stay there until after the final round on Saturday the 31st.

I should be out there most of the day on Monday...working and playing.  I need practice on some of the new long holes.  #16 is going to be fun.

As I understand it, #1, 10, 11 and 12 are already at the pro placements (or were as of yesterday), Besides 16, what else is going to be moved? I'd guess 13 and 15 at least, eh? Although I guess where 13 has been lately is harder than further down under the collapsed tree...

Damon I think your confusing 13 with #12.

This is a list of what is being moved and where; #2behind bush on edge of ravine(new placement), #4long right, #5to the left #12original #13long center #14original #15long #16 long #17 original

#2,4,11?,12,15 and 16 will be moved for Sunday.  They are still to long for the AM day.  Next year, we have lots of different things we are doing.  This is the learning curve.  We had other Am Masters tell us it would be to long for them for playing Saturday...Now your telling me it will be to short....We will still make it challenging.

Again, the course will be changed over right after the last group comes in on Saturday..plenty of time to figure out the course.

I'd be up for 9ish myself - probably have something mid-afternoon and I'm guessing the course might get crowded on a holiday...

OK, I understand most of this, but I'm not sure on what the 'original' placement is/was, but I'll figure it out the next time I'm up there next week.

Just one opinion, but I'd rather see the basket placements, whatever they are, left alone for Sunday. Since we're playing from the shorter tees anyhow, it would still be relatively easier and it gives the mortals something to practice against next week besides 'pretending' where the short positions are. If nothing else I'd like to pass this along as a suggestion for the next tournament there.

Oh, I'm not saying it'd be too short (esp. considering the way I've been driving lately :( ), just that it's a drag to be playing the course the way it's set up these couple of wks and then have it all change for the tournament on Sunday.

Although now that I look at your post again, if those 6 are the only ones being changed (really?), then it's not as big a deal. So is #11 going back to the sharp right, and #12 going underneath the 'arch' or off to the right like it has been lately? And is #1 going to stay back in the shrubs like it is now?

So many questions... so little time.... ;)

I'll be there about 9-2, but won't be up for anything competitive the first couple of hours

Too long?  You are kidding, right?  I may have the shortest arm in the whole club, but I still think Parkside short is pretty short.  I'm hoping to play some this weekend and I'm looking forward to seeing the changes.  #2 Alt behind the bush, #4, and #8 are the only distance holes on the front, and #18 is the only one on the back.  The level of challenge through the woods is higher, but too long?  Nah...
