I enabled the option....

Max image size is 100Kb and maximum of 200x200 pixels.

(my picture is only 38k & is 200x198 or something like that)

Heh, this is an old thread... Avatars in this board were called photos in the old one. This board also does have an option for member photos but I decided against enabling that feature.

You can always use a photo of yourself as your avatar.
