Looks like possible snow on Saturday.  Snow is 10x better than rain!  Should be a fun day.  Looking forward to paying my $5 and throwing a ton of shots.  I will beat McManus on his home turf though.  Count on it.

Did you see what McManus shot at the Joliet championships last month?  He shredded the 2nd round.  He should be giving me strokes!

I love this. First the challenge is made.  Then the request for a handicap is added.  Essentially, "I'm gonna kick his kiester...if he spots me a few strokes."  If that's the way its played I would lay the challenge to Dan.  Too bad I can't be there on Saturday.  Have fun boys.

Today I worked out a deal with Mikes Pizza which is right next to the course. They will be offering a 1 topping small pizza and drink for $2.50 for tournament players lunch.  I will take orders at registration for those interested and the orders will be ready at lunchtime so things will run a little faster.

Also I plan to set up 3 temp holes for the event. There will be 2 holes playing between 5 and 6 and a hole playing from 7 back towards hole 1.

I finished the trophies last night and they are looking sweet!

The three alternate holes are marked.
All of the tees have been salted thanks to Chris Jordan.

Mikes Pizza donated a large pizza for a CTP.

I just realized I did not pick up my tag after the round on Saturday.  We were the first group done by quite a bit, and college basketball was waiting for me at home along with dry clothes.  I realize its a D.Bag move, which is why I usually don't put my tag in the box at tournaments.

Thanks for hooking up the tournament and pizza Kenny.  It was a fun day.  McManus dominated me.  I will take it out on him next time.
