I shall be there as well, and I'll try to get as many prospective club members to come!
I'd be 100% willing to loan the club my portable M100 for the safari league... It definately beats throwing at plastic chains.
Woohoo! Unlimited za and suds!!! :)
Hopefully there won't be a loud birthday party behind us again.... }]
Seconded!
Its been almost a month since the last one... I want to drink beer that flows like water, and eat pizzas that fly from the oven like discs again!
Just wanted to say that not every meeting will be this costly, although I think it is a great deal! I think all interested members and prospective members should get together at least once a month. We've got a lot going on and I want to make sure we really have fun and put on some spectacular events!
I'm looking forward to our first meeting - it should be fun. If you haven't seen the video, it's worth a watch! And I know I'll be eating & drinking more than my $11 worth! Hope to see everyone there!
Maybe BOTH of you can make some! I wouldn't mind variations . . . . . .

OK, who's impersonating me??? I did not post the above #16. Confess or suffer the metalminispinning razor device!
Yes, ballots will be accepted through Tuesday. No electronic voting, though; Only paper. :-)
The meeting was very good! We discussed the future possibility of having some leagues events at Adler. Myk established contact with the Supervisor of the Libertyville Parks Dept, who wants to meet with the club (not just moi) to discuss stuff. Also discussed 2nd Webmaster taking over some specific duties, including league updates, etc. Brent brought a friend from Ohio who has played for a while too. Bill, Matt, and Adrian are all busy making baskets. Matt will do some more videotaping as he sees fit. Chud and Paul and ? are going to Standing Rocks on the Amateur weekend, while Mirth, myself, maybe Brent and Myk and Shawn will go up on the Advanced/Pro weekend. Discs should be in by Monday, hopefuly tomorrow. Bill found a nice spot in Zion for the last date of the Safari Series; we also changed some of the dates/locations. We also consumed mass quantities. Voting will be available at leagues as well. See you at Skins and/or Best Shot!
Jim,
I will be there. Just remind me so I don't forget. Later
Brett
Well made it to school this morning. Was actually hoping for school to get cancelled so I could keep working on a practice basket. I completed the base & attached pole last night. All I have left is the basket itself. Anyway-Jim- Let me know if plans change for tonight. Roads weren't too bad this morning so I don't see a problem getting there. Later
Brett
Still in the process to see if this basket is any good or not. I won't be satisfied until I have it perfected. We still on for tonight???
Great meeting last night. I could hear myself getting fatter as we ate. How about a page on the website that list each monthly meeting minutes? Cya Sunday!
I won't be able to make it tonight. Baseball tryouts started yestarday. We have thegym from 6-9 tonight since it snowed. What a bummer!! We were able to get on the field & take fly & ground balls yestarday. Fill me in on the new info.
Later
I heard the mysterious guy called Monkey Butt would be there to buy for all. Have fun!!
I cannot make the meeting tomorrow due to a parent meeting for baseball. I was not aware of this until tonight. What a bummer. I wish I could reschedule but the varsity coach is in charge. Have a good one.

Brett
How was the meeting last night? Jim-I would also like to vote. Will you have ballots @ best shot Sunday? CYA Sunday
It sounds like I will have to give up my title of "Tone Pole and Basket Construction". Go Brett!! I know Jim is in the market for baskets to use for the Safari league this summer - and since you are already designing and building baskets at home......all you need are 8 more and we're set.
Can you say "roller shots," I wish more of the golfer would have aired them out in the video. I think everyone could learn a thing or two from Cam Todds putting. He walks up and cans them. I watched him at Rumbletown hitting 50 footers like nothing. Jim, I will make it Thursday and bring the info then, it will probaly beat the snail mail. I like beer and pizza.
I'm there dude!
