Do you mean the things that pop out of the center pole to hold up the top?
I'd try prying it out the slot from the top with a long screwdriver then bending it back into shape with some pliers.
If it's completely shot, an automotive hose clamp would at least hold it up and allow for loosening and take-down.  Albeit with more work, but it's better than tossing the thing, yeah?

my buddy called innova and mentioned the tear issues with the first design of the traveller basket that we experienced
after a couple of emails back and forth
a slighty used newer model was shipped out
i do have to say that is pretty good customer service as
I bought the 2 baskets from a discontiuum member couple of years ago
so i got no receipt and no idea how long ago they were purchased

now my buddy has his own basket

thanks innova  !  great service as usual !

Ching fixed with pair of pliers  , offending piece snapped off too easily

now it can be broken down and be portable

the first travelor from innova >  easy upgrade after a visit to the hardware store for some clamps

my buddy got the new version  5 legs , corrected design flaw basket  looks nice

innova stepped up big time
