Why was my thread locked and my post deleted?  I find this very rude and annoying.

I have a feeling that the thread was locked because the thread had degenerated into a grade school pissing match. But I didn't lock it so I can't say for sure. I didn't see your post so I can't weigh in on why it might have been deleted.
