If the Waukegan Park District decides to replace Basket #7 and/or install additional baskets, what type shall we recommend? I believe the new Basket #1, installed last July, is a New Mach II Pole Hole.  I like it and think we should eventually upgrade the entire course with them. They come with the Trapper basket and are galvanized.

Other options are:

ChainStar (Discraft)

DISCatcher Pro

Mach III Pole Hole

Mach V

StrokeSaver

Yeah, Mach II poles are awesome! Having a sign on top to stop your disc from skipping 10' away is always a good thing....  ;)

Which bar?  Who's going to the bar? Where's the bar? Crow bar?

Oh my!  Can you imagine the noise that garbage-can basket makes? I wonder if this guy's indoor furniture is all aluminum too!

Brett's basket rules!!! Took him 5 hours and $75 - half the cost of the cheapest metal target!  Catches very well!  Good job - I look forward to using it in our tourneys!

Jim,

I like the basket on 1 as well. That would be my first choice. Hell, tell them to get 7 more while they are at it.

Wish me luck. I'm in the process of making a practice basket. I'm tired of my terrible putting.

Well, I received the info on how to make a portable practice basket. I don't know how good it will work but it's worth a shot considering the low expense. It looks pretty good on the internet video clip & pictures but you know how that goes. Oh well. See ya thursday.

The basket I have been building is complete. It's actually not too bad. I would give it a B for a grade. It will be very useful at home but it will be hard to transport. Oh well.

Here is a picture of the basket that I made. It performs better than I expected. It comes in handy @ home.
