Title: Snow Disc'n
Post by: Myk on March 04, 2002, 05:53:30 AM
Some one had a really great idea when they started taping ribbon to their discs in the snowy months.  It was really easy to spot the shiny piece of red ribbon instead of looking for the track where the disc hit the snow.  Even if the disc buried itself, the ribbon stayed on top of the snow.  That also made it so we didn't have to stick our hand into the snow cuz you could just pull  the disc out by the ribbon.

Didn't your momma ever tell you to only hit the 'post' button once?

I didn't believe that "hit reply more than once and you will be damned by the webmaster" garbage.

You're not being damned, just so you know.... :)

In "Young Frankenstein", Gene Wilder says to Igor (Marty Feldman):  "Damn your eyes!"

Marty Feldman says "Too late."

Wow, that beats trying to find it with an ice pick . . . . I get more holes in my discs that way . . . . .

Well, my eyes aren't crossed and my palms aren't hairy, so I didn't believe that "hit reply more than once and you will be damned by the webmaster" garbage. Nya-nya.

Hey Mirth, will you please clean up my oopses?  Thanks!
