Glad to see we're having a meeting, but I can't go Thursday unless you want to have the meeting with an 8yr old and a 1yr old in attendance.

I am contacting the PDGA to see if I can run a list minute PDGA event. It really doesn't matter if it's listed on PDGA.com in advanced.
Early this spring I want to find a nice day for a club invite. I don't care what day of the week it's on. I want to take advantage of a good weather day early in the year. It's seems like there is always several really awesome days in March but it's just a crapshoot when they are.
For example. Say it's Monday March 12th and the forecast is calling for 65 on Friday March 16th. If it's looking like no rain on Wednesday March 14th I want to pull the trigger. With the message boards, facebook, and e-mail it's easy to spread the word. I think this could work. I know it's last minute and it won't work for some but I do think this could be a successful tactic.
I think that's a great idea.
I got clearance to do this event and sanction last minute. I'm going to start checking the weather forecast in February and March to see if we can catch an awesome day to play.
The Fair Weather Club invitational! :D
woo, let's hope that I'll still be available last minute to play :)
