Last post by jimklem - August 01, 2015, 06:29:39 AM
Bevier Sundays Random-Draw Best Shot League starts Sunday, August 2nd.

Sundays - 10am start - Bevier Park in Waukegan.
Upper Pool / Lower Pool
$5 (toward payout) + $1 Club fee
+ optional $1 Ace Pool
+ optional $1 CTP
21 Holes every week, varying tees.
Free prize CTP every week.

The mix of Upper and Lower pools helps ensure that all teams are fairly evenly matched. Even newbies have a chance at winning when paired with a more experienced player;  the Lower Pool player learns more, and meets more people, too.  This also encourages Upper Pool players to step up their game.

See everyone on Sunday!

Looking to make a difference? With the event coming up at Round Lake next weekend there are a few small jobs that need to be done.
1. Clean all tee signs. A spray bottle with water and rag should make quick work of them.
2. Pick up large sticks out of the fairway. Some areas that come to mind are the bottom of the hill on 7, Gold 10, & White 14.
3. Pick up any litter you see.
4. Eat at Sammie's the weekend of the event.

Even if you are not playing the event come on out. There will be a huge selection of discs. Come check out one of the top players in the world play on Saturday as well.

I was out at Highland Park the other day and noticed both Hole 5 and 6 had new basket placements.  Which will be used for this tournament and will the baskets not being used be bagged?

We will be using the new pin placements and yes the other baskets will be bagged
