Where to get bag tags made?

All im lookin for is to get something half dollar size with a hole at the top with just numbers and maybe some text on it.  Does anyone know where to get these made for cheap? Looking to make about 25.  Thanks

make your own non official ones by cutting tracing a biscutt cutter on a piece of leather. then cut out the circle. Hobby Lobby or your nearest hobby shop should have leather stamps. buy some number stampes 0-9. then soak the leather, make your imprints with the stamps, and let the leather dry. (or you could look this up on a search engine such as Google.)
