i don't have to login

i click on the chat button from the buttons on left side of the screen

then a blue chat room opens up

so, it's asking you for an additional login?

It looks like you used a camera to take a picture of your monitor..

geek tip: for sharing a picture of what you see on your screen, just press the Print Screen button.  Then open up Paintbrush and click Edit -> Paste.  Save as a .jpg instead of a .bmp, done.  To take a snapshot of just the single window you have in focus, press ALT+Print Screen.

Your picture looks like you're using a mac.  I'm sorry.  But for macs, Command+Shift+3 will take a picture of your entire screen and save it as a pdf on the desktop.  OR you can press Command+Shift+4, the cursor will change, and then click and drag a box shape over the area you want a screenshot taken.  It will also save that as a .pdf to your desktop.
