Hey, I just went to print out the membership form, but it doesn't seem to be loading on the membership page.  Am I just missing the link or did it drop out with the recent site changes?

That's all.  Regular membership is $10 for one year. Premium membership is $15 and gets you a club-stamped disc when they arrive.
