Weekend of Disc Golf in the Pekin Area!!

First Tournament – LIS: Glo Popcorn Festival Tournament at Manito
What: 3 rounds of 12 holes, with the format being singles. We will play 12 holes in the day light and then back to back rounds in the dark, glo style! We will be adding 3 temp holes to this nine hole design to make this a 12 hole course. The field is limited to 60 players so come on out! The first 30 AM players will get a players pack disc!
When: Friday, August 31st, at Manito at 6:30PM
NOTE: Manito has a fun and short, 9 hole course perfect for glo golf!


Second Tournament - LIS: ABC Discs Open at McNaughton
What: 2 rounds of 18. Pros and Advanced will play 1 round from the original shorts and 1 round from the longs. All other divisions will play 2 rounds from the original shorts. This will be an unsanctioned event and so anyone is welcome! The first 40 AM players will get TWO DISCS!!!
When: Saturday, September 1st at McNaughton  at 10AM

Costs for both tournaments:
Pro Men and Women $40
Advanced $30
Intermediate $25
Recreational $25
Novice and Women $25

We will have some new inventory in stock this weekend at our two Pekin events....we are putting some more Star Destroyers, Star Firebirds, CFR Katanas, and Blz Wraiths into inventory!

P.S. Remember that the first 40 AMS to register for the ABC Discs Open on Saturday get two discs in their players packs! Also, all AMS get a players pack disc on Friday Night in Manito!

We will have some special goodies at our Glo tournament this Friday Night in Manito as my girlfriend is making some awesome treats! Remember that the first 30 AMS to register for Friday Night get a free disc. We will tee off at 6:30 on Friday night with 12 holes in the light and the a short break to get our discs lit up! We will then do 24 holes in the dark, glo style. We will have lights for sale!!

On Saturday we are having our ABC Discs Open at McNaughton. The first 40 AMS to pre-register for this get two free discs! Don't miss it! We will tee off around 10AM.

Hey Nate? can we play the longs 1st round Saturday at McNaughton?

If the longs are playable right now (you would know better than me) than Advanced and Pro can play longs on Saturday for the first round. Just let me know. I know Brian and Bryan and crew have done a lot of work and that's very commendable.

The longs are for sure playable! Both Brians did a great job. #15 tree just to left of teepad needs trimmed before September, but doesnt affect a straight shot to play for the 3. Now them crazy folks trying to deuce it may need more trimmed, but that's on them, I play for the 3.
