Series trophies are going to be awarded at IOS #60! Remember you need four events in a division to qualify. Your best five count. Looking at the points there is a serious battle for the Advanced trophy. Any ties will be broken at IOS#60. You need to be there to defend!

...might want to point out at the players' meeting that the branches lining the fairways on the wood holes are actually part of the course and not an obstacle that can be moved - if you want.  ::)
thanks,
Damon

Could I possibly play any worse if I didn't practice putting??

stpitner

heh, it's going on the scorecard too, Damon :)

2 rounds of 21 holes (20 permanent and 1 temp)

Hole 1 and Hole 19 will be played short first round, long 2nd round.

All fenced in areas are OB (tennis court, cell phone tower, dirt bike park, baseball field).
On/Over all roads are OB.
On/Over all sidewalk, paved and gravel paths are OB (except hole 1 long).

Hole 1: Creek water is NOT OB, play as casual water.
Hole 4: SIDEWALK and over is OB, not road.
Hole 5: Path and Over on left and sidewalk and over on right define OB lines.
Hole 6: Creek Bed and Over are OB (even if there is no water). Benefit of doubt to player if it is borderline in the creek bed or not on the near side.  Do NOT throw from house backyard.
Hole 7: Creek bed is NOT OB. Play as casual water.
Hole 14: Beware hornet's next on 3rd tree from tee (left side of fairway) hopefully will be addressed before tournament, but cannot guarantee.
Hole 16: If you land inside concrete culvert under bridge play lie directly behind on flat ground.
Hole 18: In/Over Creek bed is OB.
Hole 19: Creek bed is OB - even if laying on top of dry rocks.
Hole 20: We will NOT be painting an OB line, so the only OB is beyond fences in backyards.
Hole 21: Parking Lot is OB. The OB line is where the curb meets the grass. On/Over Paved Road is OB. Relief should be taken 1m in from the gravel

Scott, did you get any pumpkins for this year? The cyclops looks pretty cool.

Thanks everyone for a great IOS season!

If anyone is still interested in Pumpkin discs, I have 10 Star Tern's (all black), 2 Star Atlas (1 each of Orange/Black and Black/Orange), 7 DX Aviar's (all Orange), and all of my DX Roc 3's are gone.  I'll hopefully be able to order more of those when the 2014 Calendars become available.
