Ace Place Open at Robert Morris Park

Robert Morris is the best course in Kalamazoo.  It has a good mix of holes, like Parkside, but also has significant elevation changes on several holes.  It also has a good balance of right and left turning holes, long and short holes and open and tight holes.

The tourney title refers to the disc golf store that is running the event, not to the nature of the course.  From the longs, Robert Morris is a challenging par 3 kind of course.

May 22 and 23.  Advanced and Open play on Saturday.  Pro 2 and lower amateur divisions play on Sunday.  I have a family thing on the calender for that day so I will not be in attendance.  

At 5:00 a.m. on a Saturday or Sunday morning you can easily get there in 2.5 hours from downtown Chicago.  Driving times may vary.  Remember that the time change works against you on the way there, making you one hour later than what you were thinking when you forgot about the time change.
