After listening to the radio interview, tell me whether you think I should pay Mark the dollar he now claims I owe him.

The Cam Todd interview is already on there. I listen to PDGA Radio every week. I enjoy the show most of the time. A lot of shows cover the very basics & I wish they got into a little more detail. Most people I talk to don't listen to the show. I doubt the club will ever adverstise on PDGA Radio but we are hoping to get some advertising in DGWN next year. We've already been investigating pricing.

Speaking of which, Rick never replied to the email I sent him asking about 2005 sponsorship.

Would you buy PDGA Radio on CD?  If so, would you pay $5 for it?  You know, like an entire compendium of a year's worth of shows or something?

I know my answer, but I find Brian Sullivan's radio voice to be very annoying.  He does not talk like that in real life.

I paid up on that missed putt by the way.  I told Mark I'll pay him a buck for every episode I hear my name in, regardless of the context.

i would say i would not pay for the pdga radio.  it does entertain and interest me sometimes, but alot of the tips are pretty much just for real beginners.  i wish there were more tips for advanced type players looking to become more consistent.

Mike Raley once blew me off with the best advice I never listened to: "Practice."

I hear you there Bruce.  I definitely need to be practicing my putting more right now, as Brett can attest to.  Its embarrasing.

The tips I would like more of would focus more on the mental aspects of the game.  I know they did have a sports psychologist on there but I thought her advice was pretty obvious.....forget about the last shot and focus on this one, think about the positive and not the negative... i know these things, but how in the world can i accomplish them?  maybe hypnosis or perhaps heavy drinking

I could teach you the Ron Russell putting mental technique.  It works for me when I'm using it in practice and then using it during the game.  You would have to promise to use it only for good and never for evil.

Try to put the emphasis on having fun. Obviously doing well is more fun than doing poorly, but it is still fun chucking frisbees in the great outdoors, even when it seems that we are hitting EVERY tree on the course, than most of the other things we HAVE to do.
