Here's what the trophies look like. I'll have to try to take a shot during sunlight hours so you can get a better idea what they look like.

If its incentive to come to the meeting at my house next Monday, I'll have one set up for inspection then. The CD case was set up to provide a dark background cuz otherwise it would look like I was taking a picture of a clear glass rectangle.


one note - the image is not engraved on the surface. Rather, its embedded in the center. way cool

i have been sitting here hitting refresh since 8:00pm, got thoes batteries at last eh?  

anywho, despite the fact that the thumnail took 5mins to load, then the full-size took 5mins to load (blame it on 56k, haters), i think they're awesome.

gateway just knows how to please, prize wise and plastic wise. one could say they do it all.

how big are thoes would you say? i need to know how much space to clear on the dresser

Actually, no batteries still. Just got off my arse & took the photo. The base is roughly 3" high, and the top piece another 3-4".

I put batteries in the base of one tonight... Looks even cooler, I'll see if I can get a dark setting photo or maybe a movie of it.

So far, the forecast for next Saturday during the day and night looks great! Maybe a little wind but the chances for rain are pretty slight.

As of now, TWC has Saturday's high at 56 and the overnight low at 42. Make sure to bring a light jacket for the glow round!

And for those coming from Texas, make sure to bring 8 sweatshirst, long underwear, mittens and a knit hat for the day round! I'll be wearing shorts and a pull-over hoody.
