E-Dog and Women's Hockey!

Alright, there are two reasons for this post that are interrelated:

1.   My band, E-Dog, is playing at Gators off of Milwaukee in Wheeling (just north of Palwaukee Airport) on Saturday February 26th.  I'll try to upload the flyer later.  Basically, we play a wide range of stuff.....  From REM to Bare Naked Ladies to Rusted Root to Bob Dylan and the Dead......also, STP, Slipnot (acoustic version only) and Three Doors Down......plus, some of the classics like John Meloncamp and Van Morrison.  We should be starting around 9:30 or 10:00.  So, come check us out!

2.   Also, appearing at Gators for their year end celebration is the Women's Midwest Hockey League.  Yes, it's the season ending party for the Midwest Women's Hockey League, and they are celebrating at Gators where E-Dog has been chosen as the entertainment!  Estimates range from 3-100 (conservative estimate puts it at 30) that will show up.  So, why not take advantage of this opportunity, and tell them a little about disc golf.  I'm guessing that the season is ending for most of them, and, hey, disc golf is just beginning.  Becky, maybe you and some of the Disc Golf ladies can tell them all about the club, and what you're trying to do with a Women's League etc.  I suggest bringing some flyers with the club logo and website address as well as the Women's Disc Golf Message Board Website that I read about in one of your threads.  Also, maybe take down contact info of any of the ladies who show interest.  I can mention you and the cause at the beginning of the second set.  These are just my ideas.  I bet if the club brainstorms we can have come up with a lot more.  Let me know what you guys think!
