I think I'll just sign her up for Rec Women.
(Although, would she get more points for playing Intermediate? I don't think she is ready for Advanced so I don't want her to play there.)

Points don't matter for amateur women unless they are going to tour and try to win an obelisk or touring pin.  If she gets one point she'll get invited to Tulsa Worlds in '06.  If she wants to play Women's Nationals in Peoria, she doesn't need any points for that.

I'm going to be playing Advanced.  I'll be DFL but I'm playing in my own name and not wearing a brown paper bag with eyeholes.

Did you pay the extra $5 for not being a PDGA member?  It may just be a oversight, wait that would go with your title...
