What is the One Disc Ace Race
Discraft's International One Disc Ace Race is played on shortend courses, with only one disc, thrown only once per hole. The object is to get as many hole in ones as possible in 36 holes. The person with the most aces is the grand prize winner. If there is a tie then it is broken by most metal hit during play. A complete listing of the rules is available by clicking here.

International One Disc Ace RaceDiscraft's 2004 International One Disc Ace Race will be held during the entire month of September of this year. Location requests are starting to come in and a calender of events will be forming soon. The deadline to submit a location will be June 1st, 2004. You can submit your request by clicking below. Once your location has been approved, you have until Wednesday, August 4th to order your packages. The players package this year will include two prototype discs of which only ONE will be used for the event, an International One Disc Ace Race hat and a bag tag. Entry forms and event flyers are available below for you to print out and customize. A prize package will once again be provided by Discraft for the winner of your event. After an excellent response for last years One Disc Ace Race we look forward to making this event even bigger and better in 2004. Please e-mail keith@discraft.com with any questions you may have

This sounds pretty cool.  Has anyone done this before?  Was there a location around here last year?

Milwaukee. Several of us played. It was generally fun, but the proto last year was wickedly understable so some people had trouble throwing it.
