This is a new course in the I-94 corridor south of Jackson.  The course plays through rolling hills and offers a good mix of right and left turning holes as well as a good mix of holes in the 200 - 400 foot range.  It is a fun par three course that will probably rate at SSA 920 or so next spring when they hold their first sanctioned tournament.  Every hole has a fair fairway and well cut landing zones.  They have not yet installed permanent tees, but there is no local player base yet either, so the natural tees are quite playable.  If the temporary tees signs do not stay up, following the course routing could be a challenge in some places.

On a personal note, on the lefty hyzer holes I had three birdies, a bogey and two pars, which means I shot better lefty than righty!  I really enjoyed the tournament there mainly because it is such a nice course.  It is very much like Flip City with its elevation changes and hole distances.  The course was designed by Pad Timmons of Discraft, and it is very much like a Kenner design, amateur oriented course.
