Jim,  

     Can you design a flyer that has info about 2002 World's Biggest & Widdershins Open on it? If you can let's plaster them all over. We can hit tons of courses as a club. Only 47 days remaining until June 1st. Let's get the word out in force & draw a HUGE crowd that weekend!

Eek! What ever happened to the banner we were getting for being a standing rocks sponsor?

Ooooh..... I was under the impression that the banner would be supplied to us by the standing rocks people.

Regardless, cool! We have a banner!

Good idea! I'll have some ready to go on Thursday!  First I have to finish the banner that will be hung up at Standing Rocks.  I opted to make one myself, since the cheapest vinyl banner (2x6) I could find (besides the 1-day throw-away kind) was $112.

The banner deal was that we provide a banner and we can put it up if we are s sponsor. I originally thought a banner would run us $50 or less  - WRONG!  And in the interest of saving money, I made a banner this week. 1'x4', full color, paper glued to pressboard, shrink-wrapped (saran-wrap & hair-dryer), holes drilled for hanging, cord ties, and absolutely FREE. It will definitely last the whole year. Paul and Chud will take it up to Stevens Point tomorrow and I'll bring it up next weekend.

I have printed out a bunch of different flyers and will hand 'em out on Thursday and Saturday. Some are our season's lineup/offering, and some are strictly WB.  Widdershins posters still to come.  Woo-hoo!

44 Days---] I am putting up flyers @ Libertyville & Round Lake. Can someone get Kenosha. We have one up @ Bevier. I have some friends hanging them up @ Streamwood, Elk Grove, Downers Grove, & both courses in Lombard. If you are heading to any new coures try to post DISCcontinuum events.
