The tee pads are in pretty good condition since most of the spots we throw from are not where most of the chuckers throw from.

Any way to give a short summary of where this is???  I'm pretty sure I just throw from where the chuckers throw when I'm out there.  I'd like to practice the real tees as sometimes a small angle change changes everything (especially on holes like the blind hyzer hole in the woods).

It is very difficlut to describe where each tee will be placed. I will do my best.
#1 (Far left under pine tree just in front of the tee sign)
#2 (Far left & back)
#3 (Back half of tee to the flat part on the right)
#4 (Back towards the walking path, there is a dirt area that is low there the tee belongs)
#5 (Anywhere flat)
#6 (Back half on flat ground)
#7 (Right & just in front of sign)
#8 (Back & left side of pad)
#9 (Back & left of tee sign in line with the trees that split the fairway)
#10 (Back right corner of pad)
#11 (Back half of tee pad)
#12 (Left of the tree stump)
#13 (Right behind tree stump)
#14 (Middle & even with tee sign)
#15 (Back half & right side of tee pad)
#16 (Back half & left side of pad)
#17 (Back half of tee pad)
#18 (Grass tee pad near the rough about 30 feet from #17's tee pad)
#19 (Tee near dog park & tree line throwing to cut out by  unused exercise equipment) 325 ft
#20 (Tee near tall grass north of #19's basket to temp basket between tall grass & bush of thick trees. 345 ft.
#21 (Tee west of #20's basket to mound across the field) About 900ft.
#22 (Tee south of #21's basket near volleyball court to temp basket in the trees)

About 900ft on hole #21?!? Yowza.  I guess that leads me to the question: Will 21 and 22 be played on Sunday?  Thanks for all the info though, my brother is thinking about playing... I can't make it.  He also likes to take full advantage of the extended tees, but this will help keep it more consistent.

Modifying...I reversed my days...sun was in my eyes...I left my tux at the cleaners...

I believe we are capping Saturday at 20 holes for a total of 100 players. Sunday is 20 or 22 holes depending on what Bruce and Brett decide.

I'm fine with capping at 100 Saturday.  Pros and Advanced players have been around long enough to learn to pre-register.  If we could fill on pre-reg we could do payouts and half the financials on Friday.

I'm fine with 22 holes on Sunday if Brett wants to set up that many and we have permission to use those areas.

If, on the lunch hour, Jon, you set Brett and I up on your computer, we could enter Sunday morning walk-up players and Sunday morning scores in the afternoon.

Brett when you are describing the new tee areas, I'm assuming they are relative to the old tees.  For exapmple, the second tee is to the "far left and back (of the old tee)".

If I may channel Dan Michler for just one post,

No, I think he means relative to the location of the lion exhibit at the Lincoln Park Zoo.

That is correct Doug. They are the regular tees but some of those pads have expanded to 50X50ft & there is no way to tell where the regular tee is. For the tournament each tee will have a set of cones to mark the tee box.

At Crystal Lake the tees will be marked with cones. The tee pads are in pretty good condition since most of the spots we throw from are not where most of the chuckers throw from. Dan, Mike, & I checked out the temp holes today. All 4 will play after hole 18. One is a long par 4. 2 will have some pretty heavy rough to deal with if you get off the fairway especially #20.

Mike & I marked the alternate tees & made some adjustments last night.

#19-301ft (Take path towards dog park. Tee is right next to the woods. Basket it located to the right of the small tree & unused exercise equipment)
#20-329ft. (Tee is north of #19's basket. Basket is just past the big nasty rough on the left side. Don't burn it :o)
#21-472ft. (Walk along baseball fence past soccer field. Basket is located on the hill near a clump of trees)
#22-245ft. (Walk along volleyball court, Tee is along the parking lot with the basket located under the clump of trees.)
