I'm not sure if ur going by the ratings on the PDGA Tour page for Bowling Green, but if you are then those ratings aren't much more than random numbers right now.

Right now they are calculated assuming everybody played the same course each round, which we obviously did not.  They will change drastically once the real ratings come out.

Awesome.  I cant wait to see that I really shot a 650 round at hobson.

Thats strange.  I shot exactly 19 strokes better my second round, and the rating was almost 100 points higher.  I fell apart the first round, my head wasnt there at all.

That's what I couldn't figure.  My second round was 43 points higher but felt like 100.  This was the compression factor. Still with 21 holes I was surprised to see 11 points/stroke in round two.  As I mentioned, the variance between the highest and lowest scores was roughly the same for both rounds.  The first round just took more strokes for everybody.

Jon read the first round correctly.  We all can look to multiple places in the round where hubris made us go for the putt that had no chance of going in.  It was still very windy in the second round and I layed up a number of times and it was the smart play.  See, even the terminally brain dead are capable of learning. :P

I definitely took the less ballsy route on hole 5 during the second round when I was facing a 50 foot straight headwind putt.  Upside down putter, slid under the basket for a drop-in par.  Smartest throw I had all day.

Mike next time dont be a pussy and go for it. on facewind putts just start off with a little more hyzer and throw more at the tray. Even if you are 15 to 20 deep it is a direct tail wind putt.

Nice shots Serg.  I liked the movie of Rocky hitting the chains.
I took lots and lots of shots that day but you got a photo of the one that I parked!  B)
